What I have done in the past
I graduated from Otago University in 1997 with degrees in Law and Geography and was admitted to the bar in 1998.  I joined Burton & Co in February 2005 having returned to New Zealand after working for a major Dublin law firm with previous stints with law firms in Auckland and Napier.

My approach to working with clients
I like to be practical, available and provide a workable solutions. My role as a corporate commercial lawyer is to make business happen – not stand in its way.

What I Enjoy at Work
The flexibility of working for Auckland’s best specialist law firm with top clients without ‘big firm’ politics!

What I enjoy out of Work
I have to admit it: I am an ‘Ironman addict’. Outside of work all I seem to do is eat, sleep and train. In between times I try and fit in a bit of travel and surfing (combining those two if possible) together with a good dose of
family and friends.
