What I have done in the past
I commenced practice in May 2003 at a mid-sized commercial firm in Auckland working on property, commercial and finance transactions.  Family reasons then led me to Wellington where I worked in a general practice firm before returning to Auckland and commencing work with Burton & Co in September 2007.

My approach to working with clients
I like to be straight forward and practical.  Although many clients’ issues aren’t always straight forward, a practical approach means that each issue can be worked through to achieve the optimal outcome for the client in any given situation.

What I enjoy at work
People.  I enjoy working with colleagues in a team environment, and getting to know  clients and their businesses.

What I enjoy out of work
Enjoying Auckland’s beaches and generally being outdoors, running and yoga for fitness, and spending time with friends and family.
