Nick is an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters with a particular focus on sales and purchases of shares or business assets, structuring/restructuring of business or investment vehicles, shareholding and joint venture arrangements, franchising, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Nick also advises NZX listed companies on compliance and governance matters.
Nick strives to build strong working relationships with clients and to provide timely and strategic advice that delivers from a legal and commercial perspective. Nick graduated from Otago University in 2005 with a LLB/BCom. He is an active member of the Institute of Directors and in 2018 was recognised as a Leading Lawyer for Corporate and M&A by AsiaLaw.
Nick is a ‘retired’ semi-pro cyclist and keen golfer. He has three young daughters who keep him on his toes.
