Michael is an experienced commercial and real estate lawyer, having acted across a wide range of industry sectors including the commercial, real estate, financing and insolvency sectors.
Michael has acted for listed and private companies, private equity funds as well as high net worth individuals on a wide range of transactions involving a wide range of projects in the commercial CBD, community development, farming, hospitality and tourism sectors as well as having acted on the acquisition and disposal of assets and companies.
Michael also holds a number of company directorships and has recently joined us from an NZX listed company where he was General Counsel and a director. Prior to those roles Michael was a partner in one of New Zealand’s major law firms.
