Jeremy is an experienced legal advisor in the areas of corporate/commercial law. He advises in mergers and acquisitions, company structuring, joint ventures, company and business law matters.
He has acted for a number of overseas companies operating in New Zealand and as such he is frequently involved with assisting and advising offshore companies on acquisition and investment into New Zealand businesses.
In addition to his interest in commercial and corporate matters, Jeremy has a particular interest in intellectual property and information technology issues. He advises a number of businesses specialising in the technology sector in relation to their information technology, ecommerce and associated industries including franchising and licensing.
He is a past president of the French New Zealand Business Council and is currently a member of the Institute of Directors, the Australasian Society of Notaries and LEADR. He is also a director of a number of private companies.
His interests outside work include skiing, fishing, sailing, scuba diving, cycling and tennis. He also plays a very average game of golf from time to time.
